What do you need to register?

You will need some information which will uniquely identify you to the system. When this information is matched to your details on our records you will be registered and will be able to use the site immediately. The information you will need:

  • Your Personal Activation Code which will have been sent to you
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Your National Insurance Number
  • Your Email Address

Please enter your personal activation code using capital letters. i.e, AB12C12DE. This is the code sent to you by post when we invited you to use this website.

Please enter your date of birth. Format required is DD/MM/YYYY.

Please enter your National Insurance Number (NI number) using capital letters and with no spaces. i.e, AB102030C. If you are unsure of your NI number please contact the Pensions Department on 0344 39 12 422.

Please enter your email address. This email address will be used as your Username and for receiving emails from the website. It is recommended that you use your personal email address. Some domain names may not be recognised if this is the case please use an alternative email address.

Please re-enter your email address.

Please enter a password. The password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one of each of the following: - a capital letter (e.g. F), a lowercase letter (e.g. h), a digit (e.g. 3), a non-alpha numeric character (e.g. @) and should not contain more than 2 identical characters in a row (e.g. 111).
